That may be. As a child I had eczema on her legs, but when she grew up has faded. Migrated up to the calves could have, or it could be something else? In the summer I have a lot of bites and itching at the site of bleeding. My legs do not experience this problem during the winter but this winter was very angry and often no humidity .... Need help?
