How do i treat a pulled hip flexor? - hip wraps

I left a few months earlier in the season of volleyball, and after a few weeks without them, or wrap anything. But his basketball and now I'm back fired. Much worse. I have to pay now, or I can not run. I do not wrap to practice today and it hurts SOOOO bad today. It hurts to run in practice, and almost with tears running down my face, but I stopped. but almost all still relevant. But now it hurts even to bed. hurts SOOOO bad. What should I do?
