I'll show my teacher Trotter x Belgian x Quarter Horse this summer and want to show English and Western, Halter and hair. I have a pair of boots paddock, not hiking boots.

I am riding lessons, and as you know, this class is on the rider on. and rule number one is always presented to show that is good (look good together). I would recommend going for the boots. Although the program is not classified, should always exercise look like you go to power. I also have very large calves. I bought the Ariat Challenge field boots in height and are incredible.
